HOW I WORK / 01—05

From a business need to a working website

I first clarify what the site needs to achieve and for whom. Then I research demand, design the visitor journey, build the product, and bring it to launch.

    Understand the problem

    I discuss business goals, the audience, the offer, and constraints. We define the visitor action that matters and how to tell whether the site helps.

    Research the market and search

    I review competitors and real search queries, group topics by user intent, and define the pages and content the site needs.

    Create the design concept

    I shape user journeys, information hierarchy, and a visual language for the brand. I show how key pages work across screen sizes.

    Build and configure

    I build the responsive interface, configure the CMS, forms, and needed integrations. Semantic markup, speed, and content editing are part of the build.

    Test and launch
